Introduction to Ross Molay, SEC Ltd (UK) Founder

Ross Molay is broadly experienced in delivering business development, including client engagement, bid development and project delivery.

Complementing his automotive engineering apprenticeship at an R&D organisation, spanning wheeled and tracked military vehicles. Ross has an academic background in automotive, mechanical and production engineering, as well as product and business development.

Ross supports and leads bid teams, identifying specialist, often multi company teams to deliver winning bids. Successfully ranging through; consultancy tasks, testing, project and product delivery, to 5 year framework contracts, including in prime contractor roles.

Technical delivery support includes; project risk, cash flow, safety, legislation and quality compliance. Ross has been a lead Independent Safety Auditor, including for a UK MoD Cat A, £1.2 bn project.

He maintains an awareness of national, European and global, technical, business and political topics.

Ross started Specialist Engineering Consultancy Ltd in 2018, which has won contracts for a range of clients, including UK MoD, NATO and international civil and defence sector companies.
